Vikings of the Week #7
December 5, 2014
Josh Wells, Freshman
“[About soccer] I do it because it relaxes me. It’s fun and I like all the competition. I just got put in it by my parents when I was young and I have loved it ever since.”
Blake Brittany, Sophomore
“People who wrestle are a different breed. We don’t eat like most people and we work harder than any other sport. We have to work hard to be a Viking wrestler. And that’s why I love to wrestle.”
Jaime Brown, Junior
“Yeah, I want to be a teacher. I want to inspire kids to learn more and be involved, and have fun while doing it. I have no idea what grade I want to teach, probably elementary because it’s still while their young so I can start the fun part of learning.”
Kyle Tener and Chris Miner, Seniors
“[Kyle, right, talking about Chris, left]He pushes me to be a better person. He thinks about things in a different way and that makes me think about things differently. He is always there for me when I need him. He is my best friend!”
