Sami Jansen: What was your favorite part of the week?

Jade Parker: Being able to experience high school for the first time, and meet new people and trying new things.

SJ: Was there anything you felt unprepared for?

JP: The amount of people.

SJ: If you could go back to the beginning of the week and tell yourself something you know now what would it be?

JP: High school isn’t that scary and overwhelming as you imagine it will be. (Cause I was definitely overwhelmed.)

SJ: What do you plan to get involved in this year?

JP: Tennis, soccer, and most likely pep club in the spring.

SJ: What is your favorite class so far?

JP: Definitely yearbook.

SJ: How does high school compare to middle school?

JP: Middle school was very set in point of what you had to do. High school has so many more opportunities and freedom.
