Goering Showing
Ted Goering will be showing ‘Negative spaces/acceptable losses’ in the Art Gallery from November 4- December 13. He works with more mixed media but his collages are interesting. Ted explains that his 3D work will “express a belief in the beauty in everyday”. The aqua blast and ceramic sculpture express his sense of “spatiality”.
Negative space is the space between objects. He explores these relationships by investigating space in sculpture, dance, and architecture.
Goering’s collages express a more darker, dreamlike personality in him. While the eggs in his exhibit help practice other artwork and give tribute to his friend.
