Callaghan for Coach of the Year

Matt Hoskins

Last year, our football team won State, and Coach Callaghan won the well deserved title of the Chiefs High School Coach of the Year. Now he’s in the running for an even more prestigious award: USA Today’s Best High School Football Coach in the Country.

Callaghan is already ahead of the other seven coaches selected from Kansas, but there’s still more than six days left of voting, and a total of 408 coaches he has to beat. The winner of the competition will receive $2,000 and a banner for their school.
