The cast list for “Thoroughly Modern Millie”was announced after school on Oct. 28.
Eager students gathered around the posted list. Garret Viets, junior, was waiting to hear the results.
“I’m quite happy [I’m in the musical]. I had no idea who was going to get what part,” Viets said.
Some, like Emeri Eaton, senior, and lead role of this year’s musical, have been doing theatre productions her whole high school career. Others were excited to join on, like Amy Hocker, senior.
“I’m excited. This is my first musical,” Hocker said.
The first read-through of the lines will be on Monday.The cast for this winter’s musical is as follows.
