Assassins is a game that the seniors of West participate in every year. Participants are assigned a target and must use a water gun, water balloons, or silly string to “assassinate” their victim.

At the end of the game cash prizes are presented to players who accomplish goals such as having the most kills.

Although the game is an exciting and thrilling activity for all of the seniors to do together during their final days in high school, it seems to cause some issues as well such as mild paranoia and anxiety.

Many seniors talk about having to hide their cars and constantly look over their shoulder to make sure no one is sneaking up on them. Some people have created disguises and everyone is making sure to park in their garage to avoid being soaked.

Camping outside of buildings and houses for hours is only one of the extreme measures people are taking in the hopes of “assassinating” their victims.
