#8- Captain America: Civil War

How can you not love this movie? The entire Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has been building up to this action masterpiece meets Shakespearian tragedy. To make a long story short, Iron Man and Captain America are at odds with one another over a piece of legislation that will put the Avengers under government control. The stakes are raised, the drama is heightened, and the action is obviously brilliant. What makes this film truly special, however, is the emotion that stems from the conflict. Much like “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” there are consequences with real meaning and the emotion culminates to a powerful and shocking climax. This is a comic book film for the ages, and you can’t but feel excited for what Marvel has in store next.
