Vikings Hyped for Big Game

Tonight the Vikings take on the Lawrence Lions in Lawrence for one of the most hyped football games in school history. Tonight at 7 at Lawrence High School the game of the year will take place. In the previous match up, the Vikings came out on top.

Today the Vikings will have to use more of an air attack to get the job done. In the previous match up the Vikings only attempted 4 passes completing 0 of those passes.  “If A.J. can keep up the level he has been at, we will be fine” said senior wide receiver Joel Spiller

“We need to play better than we did at the beginning of the season to continue our success in the playoffs” said Spiller.  To continue on with the season, tonight is a must win game for the Vikings.

On the trip to Lawrence Shawnee Mission West Students may have to be patient with the two construction zones and even more cautious with the other motorists travelling to the Olathe East versus Free State game and the KU basketball game. Students wishing to stay out of the drivers seat are advised to sign up for the bus to and from Lawrence.
