2021 Saga Yearbook SENIOR TRIBUTE

As the parent of a senior, you have the special opportunity to place a congratulatory tribute for your son or daughter in the 2021 yearbook. Even though the book doesn’t come out until May, now is the time to prepare your senior tribute. 

NEW ONLINE ORDERING

Like everything else, this process looks a little different this year. All tributes sales will be online, and you will upload files on the yearbook company website. You can also order a yearbook here, if you haven’t already ordered one.

ORDERING PROCESS

1. Go to the site for online ordering https://bit.ly/2RnupcP

  Follow the directions to order your ad, submit photos and pay online.

• We will download the files, design your ad, and contact you with a proof. 
• If you would like to submit your own ad already designed, there is an option to do that as well.
• Yearbook staff members take a great deal of pride in personally designing an ad specifically for your student. They are trained to display your photos and message as professionally as possible and to treat your ad as if it were their own. 
• If we have any questions, we will contact you.

DEADLINES

• early bird price Friday, Oct. 30

* In order to receive the early bird price, you must pay in full and have your complete ad (including ALL photos) ready by Oct. 30.

• regular price Friday, Nov. 21

After Nov. 21, we will take ads if space is available, but you will be charged an additional $25.

HELPFUL HINTS

• Please submit high quality digital images/scans… a JPEG or PDF in at least 300 ppi.
• Smaller ads will look better with one great photo. Submit two or more photos for larger ads (five for a 1/2 page ad, no more than 10 for a full page).

Online ordering instructions

STEP 1: Find the Shawnee Mission West store using the link above. Choose “Create a Personal ad.” You can also buy a yearbook while you are here, if you haven’t already!

STEP 2: Enter the student’s name and your email address

STEP 3: Choose “have the school design my ad” or “upload my finished ad.” We prefer to have the yearbook staff design the ads, which is the first option.

STEP 4: Choose your ad size

STEP 5: Upload the photos you would like us to use, and then the message for your ad. Photos should be at least 300 ppi. Please do not submit low-quality images or screenshots.

STEP 6: Check out and pay for your ad. 

STEP 7: Sit back and relax…the yearbook staff will be in touch with a proof of your ad. This may take a while, since they are all coming in around the same time.
