As many of you know, Out of Hand is the literary magazine here at West that publishes student artwork and writing. The members of the Out of Hand staff go through submissions sent in by students at every meeting held, but they have a few deadlines that they would like people to submit their work by. The first deadline to submit your pieces is on December 4th, 2013. The Out of Hand staff is encouraging anyone who has an interest in art and/or writing to submit one or more pieces.
